
Also, connecting my pc that is actually running games and steam on my home network directly to the router over ethernet helped improve the stream quality even though I was still using wifi from my living room tv for the SteamLink. I noticed that reducing resolution settings to 720p made the steam link go from unplayable to playable at least over my home network. When it is working well though, it doesn't seem to be much of an issue. Since games often require such precise control and reaction times, it can be a bit frustrating to play with.

Sometimes have issues with lag over my home network. A few quirks that still need to be worked out on this thing as far as exiting menus etc, then having to physically go to the host PC to close down, restart steam etc.
